With no corroborating evidence, I call false. Many say the biker part is a hoax. But others say it’s true. Either way, it’s worth covering. Many of us have seen the reports of Venezuelan street gangs taking over since Joe Biden opened our southern borders. Reports on non-legacy media are that illegal alien gangs have taken over apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado.

So far the polls are showing 60% or so are calling BS.

“Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman acknowledged on Thursday that a Venezuelan gang that is likely Tren de Aragua has taken control of several apartment complexes in the northern part of the city in what he called “a nightmare situation.” (Source Colorado Gazette).

Here is a report from Reddit. According to CNN, everything is fine, and we need to give “newcomers” loans so they can buy homes and even let them vote.

But Twitter/X influencers say gang-related violence caused by illegal aliens Venezuelans is off the chain. Some posts say the Hells Angels, a notorious and internationally recognized biker club (not a gang), seem to be setting their sights on Colorado to kick out the “illegal squatters.” The word is many of these illegals are from prison gangs sent here by the Venezuelan government in revenge for the CIA interfering in their internal affairs.

True or not, Venezuelan street gang members are almost as famous as other gangs like the Salvadorean MS-13. But unlike MS, or the Latin Kings, Venezuelan street gangs are notorious for raping locals and attacking police in sanctuary states. Out of all the recent illegal immigrants allowed in by Customs Enforcement, Venezuelan gang activity seems to be the most organized, with family members involved in human trafficking, drug distribution, squatting, and adverse possession.

Homeland Security has seemingly facilitated this invasion since the feds reversed President Trump’s shelter-in-place policies that had kept these illegal immigrants out.

Other reports describe a patriotic mission to combat Venezuelan gangs allowed in by the federal government. Maybe they are coming as a show of force or to celebrate their new TV series, “Hells Angels: Kingdom Come.” But if that’s the case, why not ride to Southern California, where the HAs first formed?

As a motorcycle lawyer, I support the Angels or any M/C culture trying to save our children and country from this purportedly government-sponsored, foreign invasion. This has stirred local authorities and the biking community, prompting numerous reactions. But what does this mean for the residents?

Angels v. Illegal Alien Criminals

First and foremost, it’s essential to understand these groups’ roles in the larger societal framework. The Hells Angels, founded in 1948, are associated with organized crime by movies and the press. But they are defenders against un-American criminal elements.

On the other hand, Venezuelan gangs in Colorado are reportedly involved in various illegal activities, such as drug trafficking and violent crimes. The egregiousness and brazenness seem to be the issues. This is what has alarmed both the general public and law enforcement.This is probably also not something the Outlaw Biker community will allow, either.

Many of them were or are intelligence officers with the Venezuelan government. In contrast, others are escaped murderers and rapists, allowed in by our open southern borders and accepted by so-called “sanctuary states” to help redistrict representation using the census data allegedly.

Two Tier?

This has led to allegations of two-tiered justice, one set of rules for the political class and the other for bikers and MAGA.

Just compare the drug charges against Hunter Biden to what would happen to a Red and White. There you go. Do you think Kamala Harris would go easier on an HA or illegal immigrants? Who is more likely to be arrested under the current political class?

I think the Hells Angels’ intervention, assuming it’s true, might deter Venezuelan gangs from peddling heroin or cocaine. They could pressure law enforcement to combat organized crime and human trafficking nationwide.

Venezuelan gangs have been expanding their presence in the United States

Venezuelan gangs have significantly impacted communities, increasing crime rates. These gangs are involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and violent crimes. Their presence has heightened insecurity over gang violence.

The economic impact on local businesses is seen in companies paying ‘protection money’ to avoid being targeted. Venezuelan gang extortion reduces profitability, discourages investments, and stunts economic growth. Social cohesion has been adversely affected. Gang violence creates mistrust and fear, making neighbors less likely to engage in community activities and breaking down social bonds.

Public services, including law enforcement and healthcare, are strained by Venezuelan gang activities. Police resources are diverted to deal with gang-related crimes, leaving other areas underserved. Healthcare facilities are overwhelmed by gang violence, leading to wait times and reduced care. Schools often experience lower attendance rates and higher dropout rates. The constant threat of violence makes it difficult for students to focus. Some may be coerced to join gangs, perpetuating crime and violence.

Colorado’s Law Enforcement: Prepared or Overwhelmed?

You might wonder if Colorado’s police can face an overwhelming challenge if the Angels tangle with the illegal alien criminals there. This puzzle has both officials and residents on edge.

According to the Colorado Drug Threat Assessment, the rise in drug trafficking and gang violence has strained police resources. A prominent motorcycle club known for notorious activities now hints at the challenges ahead.

Steamboat Springs and Gunnison’s police departments have been scrutinized for unfair intimidation in the past. This suggests that training and preparedness might not always translate into practical action when dealing with bikers.

The Colorado Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Committee and the Boulder Criminal Defense Bar are concerned about legal entanglements caused by the Hells Angels’ presence. They foresee physical altercations and many legal disputes that could bog down the judicial system.

Overall, it remains an open question whether Colorado’s law enforcement can handle this new challenge without being overwhelmed. The anticipation surrounding the Hells Angels’ arrival could either showcase the strengths of Colorado’s police forces or expose their vulnerabilities. One thing is clear: all eyes will be on Colorado in the coming weeks.

Can Motorcycle Clubs Legally Combat Street Gang Members?

Maybe. The straightforward answer is no. The idea of motorcycle gangs taking the law into their own hands brings up many legal and ethical questions. For many, the first question is: Can motorcycle gangs like the Hells Angels legally combat crime? In the United States, only duly authorized law enforcement agencies have the legal authority to apprehend individuals or enact justice.

However, the situation becomes more complex when discussing the concept of a “citizen’s arrest.” Under certain circ*mstances, private citizens can detain someone they suspect of committing a crime until the authorities arrive. But even this is fraught with potential legal ramifications. These actions can easily lead to allegations of unlawful detention or, worse, escalate into violent confrontations, which can have severe legal consequences for those involved.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs) like the Hells Angels are under constant scrutiny. Their members are often involved in criminal activities, which positions them on the opposite side of the law. Bringing them into the fold of law enforcement, even on a vigilante basis, could complicate ongoing investigations and impact public safety.

Furthermore, engaging in acts of vigilantism would not only be legally questionable but could also worsen the problem by increasing violence and instability. Law enforcement agencies have strategies and protocols to manage gang-related activities based on thorough training and legal standards. Deviating from these methods could create more chaos than order.

This brings us to the ethical implications. Allowing or encouraging any group with a history of illegal activity to enforce the law raises significant moral concerns. It undermines the principle that justice should be objective and impartial. But what happens when the government is administered by people who hate our constitutionally empowered system?

Either way, the idea of motorcycle clubs combating crime is far less glamorous and far more problematic. Do-gooders and Maoists say to leave crime-fighting to those with authority, training, and legal backing? But the victims are seeing the illegals let off and their families targeted for resisting the invasion, just like in the UK.

For many, the name “Hells Angels” conjures images of leather-clad bikers roaring down highways. But what does the law say about their activities? As a motorcycle lawyer, I wanted to discuss biker clubs involving potential clashes with criminal, illegal alien gangs.

Law enforcement scrutinizes the Hells Angels. But being in a motorcycle club is not illegal. Sometimes, members come under legal scrutiny. But many complain there is a two-tier justice system that punishes native citizens and rewards illegal alien street gang activity.

Venezuelan prison gangs will see if they are the mafia they think they are. Can bikers teach these gang members a lesson, or will illegal immigration change their status as kings of the road? Bikers from Chicago, Illinois, South Dakota, New Mexico, and Washington are watching. It could be that bikers will unite to fight since the government refuses to keep out dangerous invaders.

If there is a battle, motorcycle riders risk fatal crashes but also have the advantage of speed and maneuverability. If there is a fight, my money is on the bikers. As the undocumented alien assault on Colorado unfolds, the balance between personal freedom and public safety will be tested. Whether the Hells Angels’ presence will escalate or help mitigate the gang issue remains to be seen, but legal eyes watch every move. Would sealing the border with Mexico and instituting a system like the one under the Trump administration be better?
